Rail Crew Tests provides online practice exercises for people applying for UK on-board train crew jobs — conductor, guard, train manager and the commercial on-board grades. It is independent practice material. We are not affiliated with any train operating company or test publisher, our content is not the real assessment, and we do not guarantee any score, interview or job. Please read our Disclaimer.

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. Accounts are personal: please don't share your access or resell it.

• There is one product, bought once, in pounds sterling. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• It unlocks the full-length version of all six on-board exercises, with unlimited attempts and saved results, plus every operator page and guide. There is no higher tier and no upgrade to buy later.
• Access is for the lifetime of the Rail Crew Tests service. If we ever close the service we will give reasonable notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects access you have already bought.

If you are not satisfied, email hello@railcrewtests.co.uk or use the contact page within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Access is removed when the refund is issued.

• Don't copy, scrape, republish or sell our exercises, explanations or software.
• Don't try to break, overload or bypass access controls on the site.
• Never send us or post real assessment content from any operator or publisher. We do not want it, we will not use it, and sharing confidential assessment material may breach agreements you made with the operator.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will refund any unused purchase where appropriate.

All practice items, text, designs and software on Rail Crew Tests are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal practice.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We may improve, change or remove exercises over time, for example to reflect new public information about an operator's process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rail Crew Tests is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any outcome of a job application or assessment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the England and Wales. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
